Not to worry, we offer bespoke building options, and build your dream house, where and how you want it.

How does it work?

You choose the plot and the location you want to build. Check our available plots here.
You set out your budget, and we meet with our in-house developer and architect, where we discuss your criteria to fully understand what your dreamhouse looks like.
Our architect starts with a project to your liking. You can still make adjustments at this stage.
We make our offer, including purchase of land, the house, pool if wanted, kitchen and complete finishing.
If agreed on the price, you start with the purchase of the land, and pay a deposit of 10% of the value of the land. The rest at completion at notary.
You pay a deposit of 10% of the project of your house. We start the process with plans, permissions, and the foundation of your house.
Before starting the build, a second payment is made of 30% of the value of the project. We complete the build to the roof.
After this stage, another 30% is paid, and we finish the house, with all interior details, as agreed on the plan.
When your house is finished, we take 1-2 weeks to finish details to you liking or make small adjustments.
Your house is finished and we sign the deeds to your name at the notary, where you pay the final part of the total agreed price.
