We would also, if the process requires at this stage, provide a free hour with a lawyer educating the client on all legal, tax and property matters and giving the clients the opportunity to raise any questions or concerns. We would informally suggest that after one of our factual and informative inspection trips, the clients have sufficient knowledge of the Costa Blanca, Spain and its real estate offerings to consider whether a purchase is for them.
If you decide to make an offer for one of the visited properties, your offer will be transferred to the owner. If the offer is accepted, a reservation contract is signed and an advance is paid.
